MIC812RUY-TR Overview

There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. In this PMIC, you can find TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions for your reference. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. Power management is included in the Surface Mount mount. There are 4 pins on the power managment ic. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than 1V. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. The recommended mounting type for IC management is Surface Mount.
