A Digi-Reel? is used to package it.It's included in the 4-WDFN, 4-MLF? package.The mounting type of the LED driver is Surface Mount.It owns the General Purpose switch type.To ensure reliable operation, set the temperature to -40°C~125°C TJ.The LED driver is equipped with 1 outputs.The LED driving board operates at Not Required volts.It produces a maximum output voltage of P-Channel volts at its maximum output.It has a total of Load Discharge, Slew Rate Controlled features.It belongs to the family MIC94045.For operation, we use the 4 pins.There is a maximum output of 3AV from the LED driver.This results in the maximum output current dropping to 3A to meet the operation criteria.Surface Mount is mounted in the way of this lighting driver.Currently, the LED driving board has 280mOhm resistance.The output current is set to 3A in this case.It is recommended that the maximum operating temperature be 125°C°C to ensure stable operation.To ensure reliability, the unit operates at a temperature of -40°C degrees Celsius.In terms of supply voltage, it is capable of handling a maximum of 5.5V volts.It can operate at 1.7V volts as well.
