The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in 621-FBGA, FCBGA. The packaging method Tray provides high reliability. This CPU has 4 Core 32-Bit cores and 4 Core 32-Bit bus widths. Understand the operating temperature around -40°C~105°C TJ. i.MX8MQ is its series number. This CPU is cored with a ARM? Cortex?-A53 processor. There are DDR3L, DDR4, LPDDR4 RAM controllers used by this CPU. This microprocessor features interfaces EBI/EMI, I2C, PCIe, SPI, UART, uSDHC. Total terminations are 621.
