MK20DX128VLH5 Description


The MK20DX128VLH5 is a 32-bit Kinetis K2x Microcontroller with a USB controller that runs at a maximum frequency of 50MHz and is based on the ARM Cortex-M4 RISC architecture core. The MK20DX128VLH5 has 160kB of internal flash, 18kB of internal RAM, 2kB of EEPROM, a 16-bit SAR A/D converter, and 40 general-purpose I/O pins. The MK20DX128VLH5 also has three UART modules, one SPI module, one I2C module, and one I2S module for communication.
