MLX92221LUA-AAA-004-SP Overview


Magnetic switches are packaged in Bulk to prevent damage. It is necessary to put the magnetic switches into TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) packages in order to ensure their safety. Good performance is achieved by magnetic switches that can supply 17mA as maximum current. Switches of this type can deliver currents up to 17mA. It is possible to set the maximum operating temperature for magnetic switches to 150°C. For this magnetic switch to operate, however, the operating temperature must be greater than -40°C.
