As a means of saving space, digital switch is provided in the 16-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width).It is packaged according to the Tape & Reel (TR) method.In terms of mounting, digital switch ic uses the method of Surface Mount.the multiplexers uses IC Decoder/Demultiplexer as the analog IC.Turn signal switch will not be susceptible to the external factors when the operating temperature is kept at -40°C~85°C.A supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V provides digital controlled switch's superior flexibility for designers.In addition to being a member of the 74HCT series, these multiplexers have a wide range of applications.It is designed with 16 terminations as part of its basic configuration.The base part number is 74HCT138, which can also be used to find its logic switch related parts.In multiplexer's system, 5V is the voltage supplied.As the end of conductors, it uses GULL WING.In the HCT family, the logic switch is included.It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) be kept at 4.5V to avoid some unnecessary failures.To avoid some unnecessary failures, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept at 5.5V.
