Using the Cut Tape (CT) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. A voltage regulator consists of 8 terminations. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. Space-saving SOT-23-8 Thin, TSOT-23-8 packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 500kHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 3A. There is a maximum input voltage of 16V for this voltage regulator 12v. The peak reflow temperature of this regulator amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. As a result of DC DC switching regulator's design, it is designed to provide an input voltage of 12V for the purposes of operation. In order for this switching regulator to work properly, the output voltage should be at least 800mVV. A maximum voltage of 13V can be obtained from the regulator voltage.
