This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tube package for optimized performance. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 8 terminations. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. The space-saving 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. There is a switching frequency of 100kHz for this voltage regulator 12v. Regulator 4.5V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 4.5V. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V.
