The SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package is used for saving board space. To form its configuration, there are 5 pins.As you can see, it is mounted by Surface Mount.Ideally, the supply voltage should be 6V.This device operates with a minimum input voltage of 2.5V volts.When the maximum supply current is allowed, the value reaches 6V.When the supply current should be less than 900μA, the device will provide high efficiency.The load is capable of receiving 700mA current.It is capable of fulfilling its full functionality when the switching frequency remains at 1.3MHz.Even when operating at a maximal output current of 700mA, it is capable of delivering all the benefits of a LED driver.It is important that the output voltage does not exceed 36V.
