optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tube package in this voltage regulator. In this voltage regulator, 8 terminations are present. A SWITCHING REGULATOR type of analog IC is equipped with this regulator voltage, which is the type of analog IC that is used in it. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is Up to 2MHz. Regulator 3.8V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 3.8V.
