MP6901DJ-LF-P Overview


The package is in the format Tape & Reel (TR). Due to its small size, it is included in the SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package. Amounting it according to Surface Mount is done. As long as -40°C~125°C is maintained, the device should function properly. In terms of performance, it is a stellar choice for Secondary-Side Controller.
