MP6903DS-LF Overview

There is a Tube package attached to it. As a space-saving measure, it is included in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. Surface Mount specifies how it should be mounted. A temperature of -40°C~125°C should be maintained when the device is functioning. As a result of its exceptional performance, it is an excellent choice for Secondary-Side Controller. Because of the 8V~24V supply voltage, high efficiency is possible. There is an analog IC ANALOG CIRCUIT in this device. There are a total of 8 terminations. During reflow, the temperature peaks at 260. As a result of the 12V voltage supply, high efficiency is achieved. During normal operation, the supply voltage (Vsup) should remain above 8V. Vsup (maximum supply voltage) is set to 24V. For powering this DC DC switching regulator, a supply current of 3mA is used. It is mounted according to the method of Surface Mount.
