MP6922AGS-Z Overview


Packaged in Tape & Reel (TR). It is offered in the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package in order to save space. Mounted in accordance with Surface Mount. It is recommended that the temperature be maintained at -40°C~125°C while functioning. In terms of performance, it is a stellar choice for Secondary-Side Controller, Synchronous Rectifier. High efficiency can be achieved thanks to the 8V~24V supply voltage. It utilizes an analog IC ANALOG CIRCUIT. There have been a total of 14 terminations for this system.
