The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in 480-LBGA Exposed Pad. High reliability is achieved with advanced packaging method Tray. This CPU has 1 Core 32-Bit cores and 1 Core 32-Bit bus widths. Understand the operating temperature around -40°C~105°C TA. This is a member of the MPC82xx series. PowerPC G2 processors are embedded in this CPU. It has DRAM, SDRAM RAM controllers. A I2C, SCC, SMC, SPI, UART, USART interface has been added to this microprocessor in order to serve the user better. At 3.3V, the CPU runs its I/O. As far as the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is concerned, this is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC. Use MPC8265 to search for variants of the cpu microprocessor. As a whole, there are 480 terminations.
