MPC8308ZQADD Overview


The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in MAPBGA. A 266MHz frequency is used by the CPU. For functions of 473 pins, please refer to the datasheets. Generally, data transfer takes place at a rate of 32b bandwidth. The microprocessor should not operate in an environment where the temperature is higher than 105°C. There is only 1 core in this processor. In this case, the CPU should reach 266MHz as its top frequency. There is a 3.3V function for the micro processor.
