The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in FCBGA. In terms of uPs and uCs as well as peripheral ICs, this is a MICROPROCESSOR. As a whole, there are 783 terminations. A 1.1V voltage supply should be used to turn on and run the cpu microprocessor. It is an architecture with 32 bits. CPUs operate at 800MHz Hz.
