MPC8540PXAQFC Overview
The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in FCBGA. uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs are a MICROPROCESSOR. Total terminations are 783. Using a 1.2V voltage supply, you should be able to operate the cpu microprocessor. The architecture of the microprocessor is 32-bit. 1GHz is the frequency of the CPU. You can refer to the datasheets for the functions of 783 pins. Microprocessors is a typical embedded microprocessor. It is important to note that there is 32b bandwidth available for data transfer. An environment with a temperature higher than 105°C is not recommended for the embedded microprocessor. Embedded microprocessor bodies have 783 pins injected into them. 1 cores are present in this processor. This CPU is widely used in a variety of applications with its Surface Mount mounting.
