Shipping overseas is convenient thanks to the embedded microprocessor's packaging in BGA. In terms of uPs and uCs as well as peripheral ICs, this is a MICROPROCESSOR. In total, 783 terminations have been made. When the voltage supply is 1.1V, the cpu microprocessor should be powered on and run. A 32-Bit architecture is used. 1GHz is the frequency of the CPU.
