MPC8545PXANGD Overview


Since the microprocessor is packed in FCBGA, shipping overseas is convenient. A 800MHz frequency is used by the CPU. The datasheets for 783 pins provide details. It is important to note that there is 32b bandwidth available for data transfer. Temperatures above 105°C are not suitable for operating the microprocessor. A 1-core CPU is used here.
