MPQ4560DN-LF Overview


It uses the Tube package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. A voltage regulator consists of 8 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of Up to 2MHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 3.8V. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 0.8V. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 2A output current. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 55V. 260 is essentially indestructible due to DC DC switching regulator's peak reflow temperature. As a result of DC DC switching regulator's design, it is designed to provide an input voltage of 12V for the purposes of operation.
