MRMS511M-001 Overview


A protective Tape & Reel (TR) package surrounds the magnetic switch to protect it from damage. In order to ensure the safety of the magnetic switches, they are packaged in SOT-23-3 Flat Leads packages. To ensure good performance, the magnetic switches are capable of delivering 8μA as the maximum current. It is possible to supply 8μA current with these switches. You can set the maximum operating temperature of magnetic switches to 85°C. For this magnetic switch to work, the operating temperature should not be below -40°C.
