MT9V136C12STC-DR Overview


CLCC packages are used for the safety protection of the image sensors. It is recommended that the image sensor have a dynamic range of 0. A 1/4 inch format image sensor is specified. The image sensor has 48 pins. Image sensors should operate with a voltage of 2.94V. There is a maximum voltage that can be supplied by image sensors of 1.9V. The maximum operating temperature for the image sensors should be set to 70°C. ?Nevertheless, the temperature must not fall below -30°C when the image sensor is in operation.
