MTD5010N Overview


To protect them from damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. Continually operating in reverse-bias mode, a photodiode's maximum voltage is 30V. Continuous reverse-bias should not exceed 30V for the photodiodes. The photodiode operates at 5nA current even in the absence of light input.
