MXD1813XR44+T Overview


There are 3 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. The purpose of this IC management is to provide you with a reference of 1 functions. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of SC-70, SOT-323 functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260. When 3.6V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. In total, the power management has 3 pins in it. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 1V volts. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts in this IC power. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~105°C TA . While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Open Drain or Open Collector. For this power management, there is an 9μA volt supply current.
