The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in PLCC. Advanced packaging method Bulk is used to provide high reliability. As far as the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is concerned, this is a MICROPROCESSOR. In total, there are 68 terminations. Using a 5V voltage supply, you should be able to operate the cpu microprocessor. An architecture based on 16 bits is used. The CPU operates at a frequency of 20MHz. You can refer to the datasheets for the functions of 68 pins. As a Microprocessors, this cpu microprocessor is typical. With a 16 external data bus width, this CPU has a wide data bus. An environment with a temperature higher than 70°C is not recommended for the embedded microprocessor. Micro processor body consists of 68 pins. There are many applications for this CPU, since it is Surface Mount mounted. From 5V, the micro processor can be used. According to datasheets, the micro processor requires 5V power sources. 5V is the core voltage of the CPU. A CPU can receive voltage 90mA higher than 90mA.
