The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains 6 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer.
