As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 64 terminations. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. This Clock PLL will be fed by Clock as its input.
