It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. The 8-WFDFN package embeds this Clock PLL. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to NOT SPECIFIED to be essentially indestructible. In this clock generator, LVCMOS, Crystal is used as the input to the clock.
