The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. As a result of this, we can find 64 terminations. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Clock. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 3.465V of power. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 3.135V~3.465V.
