The part comes in 5-TSSOP, SC-70-5, SOT-353 packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. According to NAND Gate logic, the algorithm works. A voltage of 0.9V~3.6V is required for the part to function properly. Increasing operating temperature to around -40°C~85°C. Part Surface Mount is mounted. Current output is 2.6mA 2.6mA in both the high and low states. This is part of the 7SP series. In total, there are 5 terminations. User experience is significantly enhanced by the part's 1 functions. As part of HC/UH, this chip is used. 7SP00 can be used to search for device variants. Many applications use this logic device with Surface Mount mounting. You can find the functions of the 5 pins in the datasheets. A 2 input is supported by the part.
