Shipped in 6-UFDFN, the part is easy to ship overseas. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). Using NAND Gate logic, it functions. Voltage 1.65V~5.5V ensures the part's full functionality. Operating temperature around -40°C~85°C extended. Mounted in Surface Mount. High and low output current states are both 32mA 32mA.
