With a SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc controls with 0.9V~6V voltage are supplied and operated. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~85°C TA rating. The switching controller can be switched at 180kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable is included in the dcdc regulator. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog integrated circuit is connected to the switch converters.
