NCP1595MNR2G Overview


A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In this voltage regulator, there are 6 terminations. A SWITCHING REGULATOR type of analog IC is equipped with this regulator voltage, which is the type of analog IC that is used in it. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 6-VDFN Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. -40°C~125°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 4V as an input voltage. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 0.8V. Featuring a maximum design flexibility of 1.5A, dc to dc voltage regulator has a maximum output current of 1.5A. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 5.5V. 260 is essentially indestructible due to DC DC switching regulator's peak reflow temperature.
