NCP300LSN20T3G Overview
Power management is mounted through 5 terminals. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. There are a total of 1 channels on this supervisor, and they are arranged in a series. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. A supply voltage of 0.7V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. Taking into account all of the pins, this power management has a total of 5. Power managment ic pin count is 5. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 800mV for this IC power. It is recommended that the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this IC power be no more than 10V volts. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~125°C TA . During operation, this power management system outputs Push-Pull, Totem Pole. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 500nA is the recommended value.
