This power management consists of 5 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). To assist you, this IC power includes 1 functions. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. As a reference, this IC power includes SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 functions for your convenience. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. The supervisor is always powered by a 0.85V volt supply. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. Power Management Circuits is a subcategory of this PMIC chip. It has a total of 5 pins that are attached to IC management. 5 pins make up the power management. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 800mV for this IC power. There should be no more than 10V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. There is a 500nA supply current present in the power management.
