NCP302LSN38T1G Overview
There are 5 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. IC management is packaged as a SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1.5V. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. Power Management Circuits is a subcategory of this PMIC chip. It has a total of 5 pins that are attached to IC management. There are 5 pins on the supervisor. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 800mV, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 10V volts in this PMIC. The mounting type of the supervisors is Surface MountWe recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~125°C TA degrees.
