In this PMIC, you can find SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 functions for your reference. Compared to other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. According to the specification, the package's peak reflow temperature is specified to be 240. There is a voltage supply of 1.5V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system.
