NCP303LSN16T1 Overview


It is mounted through 5 terminals on the power management. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. There are SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 240. The supervisor is always powered by a 1.5V volt supply. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. The power management system can be categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. It has a total of 5 pins that are attached to IC management. Power managment ic pin count is 5. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 800mV, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. There should be no more than 10V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount.
