NCP304HSQ18T1 Overview


There are 4 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. Please find attached SC-82A, SOT-343 functions for your reference in this IC power. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 240. The supervisor is always powered by a 1.5V volt supply. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. Power management has a total of 4 pins. Pin count of the power management is 4. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than 800mV. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 10V volts in this PMIC. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. It is recommended to set the supervisor's temperature to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 1μA. You can always use NCP304, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
