During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. The supervisor is always powered by a 1.5V volt supply. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. This power ic can be sub-categorized as Power Management Circuits. 4 pins are present in total in this power management. This power management system has 4 pins. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 800mV as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. This IC power should be powered by no more than 10V volts of supply voltage (Vsup). Surface Mount mounting is recommended. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~85°C TA .
