NCP305LSQ11T1G Overview


A total of 4 terminals are used to mount this power management. This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). To assist you, this IC power includes 1 functions. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. Please refer to power management for SC-82A, SOT-343 functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. When a supply voltage of 1.5V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Power management is included in the Surface Mount mount. This power ic can be sub-categorized as Power Management Circuits. Power management has a total of 4 pins. Pin count of the power management is 4. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 800mV as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 10V volts in this IC management. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain or Open Collector as the output voltage. There is a supply current of 1μA for the power management. You can always use NCP305, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
