NCP305LSQ16T1G Overview


There are 4 terminals connected to this power management, which makes it easy to mount. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. The purpose of this IC management is to provide you with a reference of 1 functions. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of SC-82A, SOT-343 functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be 260. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1.5V. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. There is a subcategory called Power Management Circuits for this power management. In total, it has 4 pins on IC management. This power management has 4 pins. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than 800mV. There should be no more than 10V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 1μA is the recommended value. You can always use NCP305, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
