This power management consists of 4 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. Compared to other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package.
