As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 40 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING CONTROLLER voltage regulator. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~90°C TA when operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 500kHz. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 0.6V. An input voltage of 12V is required for switching regulator operation.
