For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 40 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING CONTROLLER. There is a 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. Operating at -40°C~90°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. 500kHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. Regulator 3V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 3V. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 0.6V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 20A output current of voltage regulator. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 21V. The voltage regulator 12v is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 12V for operation. Ideally this switch regulator should have an output voltage of about 600mV at the very least. A maximum voltage of 19.32V can be obtained from the regulator voltage.
