NCP5339MNTXG Overview


H bridge is packaged using Tape & Reel (TR).As a cost-saving measure, H bridge is included in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.Reliabilbridge drivery can be improved by increasing 4.5V~5.5V's supply voltage.In the way of Surface Mount, H bridge circuit is mounted.The operating temperature of -40°C~150°C TJ enables motor driver H bridge to work normally.There are a variety of applications for H bridge motor driver, including DC-DC Converters.In addH gateion to Bootstrap Circuit, H gate has the following specific characteristics.It is possible to terminate a transmission line with a 43 termination using the H bridge which matches the characteristic impedance of the transmission line.The H bridge operates at a voltage of 5V.Amount of current that reaches 80A at maximum output.
