NCV3020ADR2G Overview


As a result of 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosures. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. Voltages 4.7V~28V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Qualified to work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. This switching controller can switch at 300kHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output. A switching converters's terminal (s) sits at the DUAL position. Different dc switching's functions can be applied to 8 terminations. PULSE WIDTH MODULATION is an example of one of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt. The nominal DC switcher's voltage input is 12V.
