This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. It has a total of 5 pins that are attached to IC management. 5 pins make up the power management. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 800mV. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 10V volts. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~125°C TA. Power management has an output of Open Drain or Open Collector during operation. It is always advisable to use NCV303, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. Supervisors from the well-known Automotive, AEC-Q100 series product line are featured in this PMIC.
