NCV33064P-5RAG Overview


There are 3 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. To assist you, this PMIC includes TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. IC management conducts at a voltage of 4V. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages.
