NCV494BDR2 Overview


The switching controller fits in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 7V~40V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~125°C TJ is the -40°C~125°C TJrm. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator.
